In Florida, unless you have signed a waiver rejecting Uninsured Motorist Coverage, or if selected Uninsured Motorist Coverage in a lesser amount, your insurance company is required to provide you with Uninsured Motorist Coverage in an amount equal to the bodily injury liability insurance coverage you purchased.
