Kim Wells

Ingrid Hooglander

An accomplished trial lawyer, Ingrid Hooglander is associated with the Wells Law Group in an "Of Counsel" capacity. Demonstrating significant litigation skills, Ms. Hooglander tried over 25 jury trials while an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office. She has also tried hundreds of bench trials in the same capacity. Assisting in the personal injury matters for the Wells Law Group, Ingrid, who has her own law practice, also occasionally assists in the preparation of first party insurance matters for trial.

Dipawali Shah

Beginning her legal career in 1995 as a Law Clerk to the United States Bankruptcy Court in the District of New Jersey, Dipawali ("Dipa") Shah then joined a boutique bankruptcy firm in New Jersey. Ms. Shah has subsequently practiced in Long Island, New York and now Florida. Dipa, who has her own law firm, is engaged in pre-suit activities in first party insurance matters for the Wells Law Group as an "Of Counsel" attorney.
